I highly recommended washing your hair frequently (for example 3 or 4 times per week). Remember to brush your hair (use gel, hairspray or wax) before going out, brush your hair properly.
Face is the part of our body which requires much more work to keep it healthy, and nicely brushed. Clean and clear face is extremely important, so clean it regularly usually using facial soaps.
